Do you deliver internationally?

We only deliver to the UK and USA.

Please note, candles cannot be shipped to the USA due to restrictions. Clothing, jewellery and accessories can be shipped to the USA. Please note that buyers are responsible for any custom charges.

Any candle orders placed from the USA will automatically be cancelled and refunded. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Is your jewellery 925 sterling silver?

No, our jewellery is not classed as 925 sterling silver. Please check individual listing descriptions for the exact metal/material.

If you have any allergies or are sensitive to certain metals, fragrances or materials, please contact us before purchasing. We do not take responsibility for any allergic reactions or harm caused by any of our products.

Can I return an item?

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.

Customers must cover the cost of postage and are responsible for the package until it reaches us. Please check our returns policy for more information.

My items is out of stock.

Occasionally, our items may be out of stock as some products are limited editions however there may be an option to pre-order the products.

Please order using the 'Pre-order Now' button if available. However, please note that pre-orders can take 1-2 weeks to be back in stock before being dispatched. If you have not received your item after 3 weeks, please contact us.

How can I take care of the candles?

To prevent fire, injury, or damage, always follow these core burning instructions:

• Always keep a burning candle within your field of vision. Never leave a lit candle completely unattended.

• Do not burn candles on or near anything that can easily catch fire. Place them on stable, heat-resistant surfaces.

• Do not burn your candle down to the absolute bottom of its container.

• Store and burn candles entirely out of the reach of children and pets.

• Please be aware that safety information and industry guidelines may change or vary from time to time.

• Always refer directly to the physical safety information and symbols printed on the product package you receive for the most accurate and up-to-date instructions.

• Maximum burn time is four hours. Allow the candle to cool and remain extinguished for at least four hours prior to its next use.

• Place candles on a non-flammable surface.

• Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. Avoid introducing raw wax or concentrated oils directly into waterways.

• May produce an allergic reaction. If skin irritation or a rash occurs, discontinue handling and seek medical advice.

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Dispose of contents and containers in accordance with local regulations.
