We aim to dispatch all orders promptly and securely.

UK Delivery

• Orders aim to be processed within 1–2 working days

• Standard delivery: 2–4 working days

• Express delivery: 1-2 days

Orders under £15 will incur a £2.99 postage charge. Orders over £15 are free for standard delivery.

Express deliveries are £6.99 extra for all orders.

International Delivery

• Delivery times vary by location (5–15 working days)

• Customers are responsible for any customs or import charges

We are not responsible for courier delays once your parcel has been shipped.

Orders over £60 include free standard delivery to the USA. However, heavy bridal outfits over 5kg will incur a surcharge.
